Antoinette Dismukes, CEO
Ms. Dismukes specializes in innovative programming and workforce development. As Senior Program Manager for two nationally recognized initiatives, the City of East Orange Mayor’s Youth Summer Work Experience Program (SWEP) and the “First in the Nation” FAA Commercial Drone Residential Training, she has a proven history of surpassing targets and fostering strong community relationships. She is a Board Member of the East Orange Community Business Group, where she serves as the Director of Youth Business Development & Strategic Partnerships, the Director of Job Readiness for Alpha Drone USA, and CEO of iDrones Operations, Training, and Consulting.
